In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

To access the full dc222 platform, users are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

dc222 operates a native Pakistani Rupee (PKR) wallet. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Payment Methods: dc222 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether). dc222 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. dc222 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit limits.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the PKR Wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours. USDT transactions are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Only Real Money Balances that have met all applicable wagering conditions may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not completed their Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable.

dc222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full Wagering Requirement has been satisfied.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages per game category are stated in individual promotion terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sportsbook games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

All betting and gaming activities on dc222 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by dc222, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. dc222 will only void a bet in circumstances where the event or game is cancelled, abandoned, or where a clear and demonstrable technical error has occurred.
• Palpable Errors: dc222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest technical or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. dc222 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct such errors promptly.

• Connectivity: dc222 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power interruptions on the User's side during an active gaming session or live bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dc222 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dc222 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one dc222 Account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated dishonest activity with other users or third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the dc222 platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to dc222 support immediately rather than exploited.
• Conducting transactions through dc222 for purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

Where dc222 determines that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, dc222 may: void all bets placed during the relevant period; forfeit all balances in the Account; permanently close the Account; and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Cool-Off Period: Users may request a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their Account will be temporarily suspended without formal self-exclusion.

All content on the dc222 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, interface design, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of dc222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dc222 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Users to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any dc222 content without express prior written consent from dc222.

The dc222 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of dc222. Unauthorised use of dc222 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dc222 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the dc222 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, regardless of whether dc222 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the dc222 platform or any feature thereof, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss of data, Account information, or transaction history arising from technical failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond dc222's reasonable control.
• Any financial decisions made by Users based on content published on the dc222 platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dc222's liability for death or personal injury caused by dc222's own negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, nor for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

dc222's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant event occurred.

dc222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a dc222 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dc222 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions (e.g. sharing data with JazzCash or EasyPaisa to process a payment), or with your explicit consent.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at dc222.bio/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of the dc222 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using dc222 and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
